Christmas card club challenge #21 Sue P's choice....Carol Singers

I fancied doing a silhoutte card





so what did I use
Spellbinders carolers.....man and woman
spellbinders holiday die.....snowflake view
Tim Holtz holiday lamppost
Heartfelt creations magnificent spruce trees.....
Sue Wilsons snowflake lattice embossing folder
Cosmic shimmer PVA   black,pearl.and sparkle pearl and a creative expressions dazzler and some ribbon.....a couple of distress inks....some pinflair snow.....black ,silver and centura pearl card......
it didnt turn out a bit as I intended but there we are....
I hope to be popping round all your blogs tonight and keep your fingers crossed that blogger doesnt chuck me out again!

  1. Well whether it turned out as you had expected or not, this is fabulous. I love the effect you have made with the light shining from the lamp post in the night sky on the 3d scene. The snowflake embossing folder is gorgeous and I can see you enjoyed using your Cosmic Shimmer dots to great effect around the edge. This is so very special.

  12. Oh so beautiful. This was sort of the card I had intentions of making, but first my Carolers (TH) were too large. Then discovered I don't have this pretty TH lamppost die. Didn't know S/Binders had these gorgeous carolers die. Love the Victorian feel of your card with these dies, and the black & white color combo was just perfect for the setting. The lamp post glow is so very effective in setting the atmosphere too, and the b&w gingham bow is a wonderful trim. Loved the depth created by the silvery trees in the background, and drooling over the SW luscious EF! TFS & Hugs.
