christmas card club challenge 10....a christmas door or window...

this week it is my turn to choose the theme for the challenge and I love to decorate my porch and front door so thought this may be a good theme.....

if only I had a door this grand....
I used the paper discover door die I bought a few years ago in the sale....it also makes great new home cards....lots of other tim holtz dies and other bits from my stash.....
Please pop round the other girls blogs and see their lovely creations...the links to their blogs are on my side bar.....
thanks for popping by today and stay safe......

  1. I've always wanted either a red door or a black one - purely because they look so fabulous decorated for Christmas. This really is a magnificent door with its wrought iron fence. Great card Margaret. Take care. Hugs Christine xx

  5. This certainly is a grand door Margaret and a beautiful card too. Thanks for a lovely theme, one which I don't think we've had before.
Thanks also for the info on blogger, I haven't clicked to choose the new theme but on looking further down the page can now see a button to revert back if wished. Some features are better, like having the image of your card next to each post title in your posts list but others, especially while creating a new post, are full of drop down menus and hidden bits using symbols that aren't that apparent (or maybe that's just me :o).
    Have a great Sunday!

  11. Gorgeous door and all the trimmings. What a great die that is. I has so much detail.

The urns look fabulous and I love the way you did the iron fence so that it seems to bow outwards. IT looks great!

    Take care, Margaret.
