Christmas Card club Challenge....Zoe's choice a simple one layered card

Oh dear no matting and layering ...no embossing layers....okay just stamping and colouring then.....

so a single layer card...
stamped with the Justrite Christmas Holly background stamp...coloured with copics a few red and white PVA glue dotts...and this is where it all went wrong, I stamped a sentiment in the centre and really made a mess...so I cut round the lacy design  did a bit of distressing with antique Linen...okay saved...for the inside page...through the apature...
I stamped a holly bunch from the justrite Christmas miracle ornaments and masked the holly design..and stamped the ornament....(took me 6 goes on copy paper to get it right!)...coloured with copics, and distressed the page with antique linen.....so there you go a single one layered card...oh sorry about the ribbon but I just had too......
looking forward to seeing your cards this evening girls....

  7. Beautiful card, Margaret, for Zoe's CCC challenge - one would never have guessed that you'd make a mistake - the aperture idea adds depth to the CAS card - love it.

  9. This is gorgeous. It may be a one layer card but it has so much depth with the fab shading and colours you used.
