CHRISTMAS CARDCLUB 2014 ... SYLVIE'S CHALLENGE...ANYTHING GOES

The first challenge of the new year and time to get back into making cards....





this card was fun to make....I have used
Sue Wilsons embossing folder and then on each heart a pearl made from the cosmic shimmer crystal sparkle pearl PVA...matted and layered with red and white...the topper is made fron A2 filigree delight  spellbinders die.....and I have raised up the largest Floral oval spellbinder die....cut 3 Memory box glowing candles ....and decoupaged them up...glittered them using cosmic shimmer glitter jewels...iced snow..a few red jems...a big red satin bowand some bakers twine and a creative expressions clear sparkler....

    This is so gorgoeus.The sparkle and shimmer are outstanding! I have not heard of the iced snow. It will have to be added to the shopping list for my next trip to England!

    The dies you have chosen are so perfect with this design. So lacy and detailed...they really set off that wonderful Memory Box Die.

    Hello Margaret - love this card, so pretty. Must admit I have the candles die and didn't get to use it........ oops!!! Definitely need some impetus to get Christmas cards made during the year rather than rush at the last minute so I've taken Sylvie's advice and contacting you to see if I could join in your Christmas Card Club???

    Hi Margaret. Sorry I managed to miss this deadline, but I am really impressed with this dazzling card. I love the MB candles die, and you've also used my fav S/B oval die. What a winning combo there. The EF was a marvelous background to these 2 awesome pieces, and your red & the sparkling pears just carried this card way over the top. It is simply beautiful.
