I really do love these flower dies they are just so lovely to cut,colour and make a card with..I have used them with Stamping up stamps and dies....and a LOTV sentiment....

an easel drawer card...

I have never made one of these before but having seen one made by Pauline I decided to do a bit of research on youtube and have a go.....it was fairly complex to make and getting the dimensions just right so that the drawer opened smoothly was a bit tricky....
I think I got it better on my second attempt

I even made the bow for the handle from hot glue....I am really rather please that I managed to make these and now have them for when I need them....

floral pretty card....

using some older dies.....

these background  dies from Marianne designs....the flowers are heartfelt creations flowering dogwood stamped onto vellum....the sentiment is so old...a creative expressions one....

I did get my inspiration from Patricia who encouraged me to get out these old dies.....

this weeks christmas card...

still using stash....

last years July purchases actually used for the first time...Sheena's christmas rose set of stamps and dies....wish I had never bought them ...I just don't understand dies that don't actually fit stamps no matter which way you use them....I have tried die cutting then stamping...and the other way all I end up with is inky fingers and a mess....determined to use them.....

A masculine birthday card....

I do find it difficult to make cards for men and when I saw this woodware stamp I thought it would do  the job.....

I stamped the backing paper with the small stamp in the set ...and framed the main image which I embossed with black embossing powder... with a white boarder to make it pop out a bit....the sentiment it a marianne design die....
