week 28 Retro Christmas

 well I have at last plucked up the courage to cut into my Graphic 45...Christmas Magic collection its years old ....

lots of fussy cutting of bows and holly and little tiny tiny children ....

the only reason I actually cut into it was I have just bought this years collection Christmas magic and realised I haven't even opened up this collection....so now I have started.......

I can post this card now that the card has been received...it was my nieces birthday Thursday ..its difficult making a card for a fellow crafter don't you think.......

so I cut into my Graphic 45  .....gilded lily collection and did lots of fussy cutting.....

an advent calendar

I decided that this year I would make myself an advent calendar.....

and as I had a half price coupon from Hobbycraft....I bought two....this is my first one .....painted with imagination crafts starlight metallic paint...red......I decided to use my graphic 45 St Nicholas pad....yes I actually cut into it!
thank goodness for my scan and cut...all the draw fronts....and my cricut for the numbers....
the sleigh is a tonic die from last year and the poinsettia is heartfelt creations....
really pleased with it ....

yes the very last of these pages.....

I still have all the blue tones to use up but these really have been my favorites and I have a craft admission....I have just received the St Nicholas collection....now that I am getting used to using it instead of just stroking each page!

a sunday christmas card or two....

yes I have been using my graphic 45.....a christmas carol......nearly gone now.....

 this one has the tim Holtz carollers cut out of black...I bought the die cuts off e bay when I found out that to buy the die was going to cost me £52.00...no way!lots of fussy cutting of the flowers

this one uses the tim holtz lamp post and the other die cuts I again bought off e bay.....no idea what brand.....
I only have a few sheets left in the pack now......but I really enjoyed making these

Christmas card club challenge 11....Christmas Carol

based on the Charles Dickens novel......yes I have cut into my graphic 45 paper!....its been fun fussy cutting all those flowers and the carol singers,added lots of glitter snow and glossy accents on the berries.....
