I have enlarged this to be an A4 card and had so much fun...the image is from carnations crafts and all 3D decoupaged up and glossy accented....with a stamped sentiment on the number plate....

Summer Gnomes

 I treated myself to Beverly Eden's summer Gnomes and have been having fun ....

 they are such fun images and the colours are just lovely....I have used tattered lace dies to create the card shape....

the new is the carnations crafts Santa and the old is the Marianne designs tree and baubles. .the sentiment is from crafters companion bought in the sale last year.

A simple birthday card.....

 sometimes I really need to dial down all the embellishments and stuff and make a simple card...

so I have used the crafters companion connecting dies...this one is birthday...

I used some very old Phil Martin papers...the lovely thing about them are that you get the plain and patterned that tone so well.....

Water colouring fun....

 I have treated myself to a set of Kuretake clean colour pens my goodness how good are they.....I just wish I had found them sooner......

I admit that I am not a colourist but this is so much easier than alcohol pens....and  I feel quite satisfied with the results and I know with practice I will get better....

the stamp is one of the new Jane Gill Festive Fuzzies and as you can see this is Santa...a distressed ink background with ink splats ,embossed stars and trees and fluffy stuff...oh I have had fun making this...
