Christmas card club challenge 11....Christmas Carol

this challenge has been set by the lovely Rita....

based on the Charles Dickens novel......yes I have cut into my graphic 45 paper!....its been fun fussy cutting all those flowers and the carol singers,added lots of glitter snow and glossy accents on the berries.....

a get well wishes card

my sister in law is poorly at the moment and made this card to remind her that her birds in the garden are missing her....

I did another one for my stash.....

made using the pentagon essential dies by tattered lace...chain panel...tattered lace and the charisma floral cd and die....the sentiment is from LOTV.....and pearl nuvo drops...I did enjoy making these bright little cards and I hope the cheer her up.....

I am either on a roll or gone bonkers.....somehow this one was easier to do ...maybe practice helps!

the base and overlays are the crafters companion accordion card dies ...the bells and the snowflakes are also crafters companion and the image is LOTV which I decoupaged up...the holly berries are red nuvo drops...lots of glitter...looks better in real life....

a Fairy card for fun......

playing with my tattered lace charisma fairies.....

I used the tattered lace fancy stepper card die for the base and matting layers...with a tonic sentiment
tonic nuvo drops,lemon chiffon prills for the centre of the charisma daisy flowers....the fairy has been decoupaged up using 4 layers and lots of glitter...

a card for my friend in America he has a boat but would love to go on something like this.......

the wood effect background stamp is Altenew stamped with walnut stain distress ink,the background is just me playing with distress inks,salty ocean,chipped sapphire and lemonade....the die cut is a tattered lace one coloured with copics....silver matt mirri and a LOTV sentiment, red nuvo drops...
kept it as flat as I could for posting....

christmas card club challenge 10....snowy trees

this week it is Christine's turn to choose our theme.....I had way too much fun making this card!

difficult to get a photo that showed all the snow!
the card shape is made from spellbinders...grand labels 23....embossing folder...crafters companion textures...snow....sprayed and glittered with cosmic shimmer diamond snow.The trees are all Sue Wilson dies...with dovecraft dries white glue and then sprinkled with cosmic shimmer iced snow...the images are Marianne collectables...the sentiment is also marianne dies....

now it's time to do some for the girls.....

I made a circle easel card and then decided to cut the centre out and put a sheet of acetate in to show off the tonic rocking horse better.....the sentiments and the fancy white circle are all tonic dies.....

I have used craft card and coconut white....the sunray die is from tonic, the dove is a Marianne creations die as I didn't buy the tonic dove...at the time...have now......the sentiment is a tonic die....

I wanted a more modern look for a card to send to my friend who used to live next door to me some years ago...

Christmas card club challenge ....Poinsettia or christmas Angels

this weeks challenge was set by Mary and as I always do the poinsettia I decided to go for the christmas angel......

I used my Die'sire create a card circle accordion card base that I bought when they first came out....an only now used....bad Margaret......and all the overlays....then as I was busy cutting I remembered just how much work the the overlays are!...2 cuts 2 emboss for each surface....so 8 cuts and emboss....at least this time I had remembered to use wet glue.....the image is LOTV and the greeting is Heartfelt creations....lots of glitter (sadly does'nt show on the photo), and PVA sparkle glue drops on each of the snowflakes....
