Christmas card club challenge 11....

 I have gone for anything goes for this challenge...

I decided to have a bit of fun with my Hobby Art stamps.....

the theme for this weeks challenge was mistletoe and wine so do pop round the other girls blogs and see their creations....the links are on my side bar

Richards Christmas card.....

 yes I know its early to make it but I bought this set of stamps from Hobby art and thought this was perfect....

a messy ink background done with distress inks ,die cut trees from Marianne designs stamps by Hobby Art, coloured with clean colour pens and fluffy stuff for a bit of texture....

a fun Christmas card.....

a bit quirky this one.....

I made the background paper by stamping Tim Holtz holiday knits onto kraft card...and using the same Ranger cranberry ink I made the potty paper using a really...and I mean really old Hero arts wooden stamp...raindrop back ground.......the Rudolph stamp is from Hobbyart and is a few years old....a bit of fluffy stuff.red glitter for his nose... and a tonic sentiment....again all from my stash...amazing what is in this room......

its been busy here...

I have been really busy putting up my christmas decorations ready for some friends visiting for a pre christmas get me into the christmas spirit few days.....well I think we managed that...3 days of non stop christmas visits...Nunnington Hall...1920 christmas....Lincoln cathedral and castle....and an antiques centre...then Harwood House to a magical christmas dream....
I am now settling down to doing the washing.....and a bit of therapeutic coloring

made using the Hobby art set Santa's Reindeer bought a few years ago and never used....and inspiration taken from their pinterest page.....
lots and lots of glitter...a fun card.

feeling frustrated.....

I have had a fall and cracked a rib so am on light duties...so card making is restricted to colouring and cutting by hand......still its made me get out some super Hobby Art stamps I have had for years and not inked up yet...I have used inspiration from their pinterest page and made a couple of cards....

the first image is from Christmas Robins and the second from Berries and birds    .......all coloured with copics....
