this weeks card for Audrey....

 it was her birthday last week and she had a wonderful day out with her family,

made using a set of washi tapes from Stamps by me...one of those impulse buys..I must stop watching craft tv.... I have done several layers of decoupage.

Its absolutely freezing here and we had snow over the weekend which is still on the lawns...thankfully the roads are clear....I hope you are all safe and well out in blog land...take care

 I really must stop making Christmas cards..... I think I have enough for next year as well...

this was made with the Carnation Crafts Winter Flora Frame...with the coloured vignettes....all decoupaged up.

the die cut background is Sue WilsonNoble collection' postage stamp frame. 

I made the background with distress inks and white embossed stars and a posca pen for the splats and finished off with fluffy stuff on his hat....

 In memory of Shaz... she wanted us to show angels or fairies....so I have done both....firstly

my Angel is on top of the Christmas tree.

I have used the carnation crafts around the Christmas tree collection....

and then  after watching a facebook demo by Amanda Branston I thought I would give her technique a try

 playing with some old tattered lace dies....

these are from the collection Christmas Tidings...I only managed to buy the usb off  e bay recently as I has only bought the  holiday crescent die at the time...the images are fairly easy to hand cut  for the rest of the collection or on my scan and cut.....

this one is decoupaged up and glittered within an inch .....

made using The paper pantry collection V111 and from the Christmas Town collection...printed off at 75% three times and then cut up for the decoupage....good fun to make.

Christmas decoupage

I bought a selection of crafts u print designs when they were on offer and I have been doing the fussy cutting in the evening while watching TV....

 I actually used all the layers on this one so now I have to make a box for it to go in....they come with envelopes to make up but I think it would get damaged in the post....

this stamp is called Gnome Gift and I have coloured it all with the Zig clean color pens...

I have used a crafters companion embossing folder for the background and a couple of snow flakes from my bit box....
