so what did I do with my play day

This was a fun card. embossing the background and greeting, cutting a spellbinder bauble, stamping and embossing it....bit of a faff....stamping and embossing 2 more flowers on parchment....cutting a faux nestie bauble and then pearl PVA dots to finish off...very satisfying...even if I had a disaster with the pva top coming our and spilling all over my desk at 1.30 am.... dont ask!!!!!
Mum home on Monday so busy shopping and getting the house all geared up again....

Autumn mornings...in the craft room

I do think there is no better way to pass the time on a drizzly day than playing and would you believe it I actually used some paper stock!!!!! stroked it twice and cut it ....another of my Tilda stamps that I have dug out. looking forward to seeing all the challenge cards at the weekend have finished mine but taking a photo is proving a challenge with the dull light.....playing with spellbinders today.

trying out my new spellbinder dies

and doing a Sue Wilson....

I really enjoyed doing this card although it took me nearly a whole day, not so much the cutting out but the sizing of all the matting and layering to fit the dies onto.....
