Vintage Christmas

 I have had this collection from Stamperia for a couple of years and have never cut into it....so here I go.....

I just love this image it reminds me of baking mince pies with my Mum....

the poinsettia corner is a tattered lace one....

 it seems like only yesterday that a new family moved in over the road with 2 small children..that's now 10 years ago...how the time flies by and how they do grow up...so a teenage card 

the image is from LOTV and the card shape is a lovely set of tattered lave dies Rectangle labels...some gorgeous glitter striped card from my stash and the sentiment die is a very old tattered lace one.

a bit of colouring....

 at last the heat has gone and the nights are much more bearable......so back in the craft room....

I just could not resist the new Francoise Read Christmas gnomes....this one is Christmas Tree Gnome...coloured with my trusty old promarkers and lots of glossy accents...

 I know its only July but I felt likr doing something a bit different...

and these were fun to make from a crafters companion die set from last year....

Its still too hot for me and we haven't had the promised rain yet so fingers crossed it comes soon and cools down...

well I don't remember by this...

 I really don't but there it was in my holly section of dies unopened....

its called Decorative Holly accents by Sue Wilson....makes quiet a nice 5x7 card on its own....

Its still hot here but at least not as bad at night ....I hope you are keeping well out in blog land...take care.

time for a snowglobe....

 oh my goodness its sweltering here I can only manage a short morning of crafting before my room gets too hot...I know it will not last long but I really do melt in the heat...

all the dies and stamps are from tattered lace from a good few years ago....I do like to get them out at least once every year....

I hope you are keeping safe and well we are just back from a visit to the supermarket and was hearten to see everyone still wearing their masks and be sensible in the shop...maybe the goverment is right and we can be trusted to be cautious....I would like to think so....

 I came a cross this lovely little die the other day when I was searching through my stash so I thought I would make a small card for a change....

the bells are from crafters companion, and the sentiment is Penny Black....

I am just in from watering all my plant as it looks like we are in for a scorcher today...

 I am just crafting in the morning so that I can watch tennis in the afternoons....Ladies finals today.....

a lovely winter scene from the best of  La Pashe 2012 cd...with all the decoupage cut out on my scan and cut.....

the card shape is made using a paper Boutique frame and the decoupaged robin is off  Bree Meryn's Christmas friends cd....with a Sue Wilson sentiment.

 its Rita from the Christmas card clubs birthday this week and she is waiting to have her cataracts done and finding life very frustrating as she can no longer do her knitting or crafting and cant use her computer much either...so a card to cheer her up on her birthday.....

 every couple of week I send a little card to my friends Aunty who has been really poorly...bless at 90 she is fighting hard to recover....

/her aim is to get back to going out for a cup off coffee with her pensioners group....
