this is me cheering myself up....I saw a picture of these little box cards on Pinterest and thought I want to have a go at making them...several youtubes later and several tries I finally managed to make them.....
once I had got the hang of it I really enjoyed making them...the boxes take 2 Lint chocs and I thought they would be great as a change from crackers....
Thank you for poppingby my blogtoday and I hope you are having fun with your crafting.

Great cards Margaret, a fabulous design - I like the first one but the beautiful blue on the second one really shines out.
I have the dentist today as well, only a checkup though, I hope you get on OK and they manage to save your tooth.

I love these cards - especially the first one -- You cannot beat the traditional colors of Christmas. Such bright, clean and crisp colors!

Oh Margaret, what adorable box cards. I had a try at one and it really came out. Lots of work but such rewards. I hope you saved a piece of chocolate for yourself. Have a great day.
No wonder you wanted to make some of these... fascinating concept and it looks really hard to do! You managed to conquer this one and these two cards are so well constructed very cool makes that drew me into your blog immediately!

Wow, talk about dedication and persistence in creating these great cards. I love the fact that they could be an alternative to the crackers. I could easily see someone’s name as a name tag using these and they would be a gift on top of it. Great idea and love the looks of both
