Christmas Penguins...

 I have had these Debbie Moore match it Penguins for ages and it really is time to use them....

so my conscience is not nagging now....lots of glitter and decoupage...

Christmas bells.....

 Its been a busy few days with a new washing machine being delivered...decorating our bedroom and choosing new carpets and blinds....so not a lot of time for crafting...still last night I decided as there was nothing on TV I would make a card....

some stamping up backing paper a bit of embossing and the bell dies I have had for so long I have no idea what brand they are  I was just having fun....

I have had these quirky dies for some time and thought they were just perfect for the challenge...cut out in white and coloured with my trusty promarkers....

Trying a. new technique

 well its a new one for me...bleaching ...

the background stamp and cabin are both from inkylicious....the colour taken out with bleach and then glitter added...I was pleased with the result but boy did it take some doing next time I will stamp and mask it has to be easier....

playing with old CD's...

 I decided to get out a few of my old crafters companion craft cd's this week and see if I could now print out better images using the pro paper....success...

I was really pleased with the prints and they were so good that my scan and cut was able to cut out all the decoupage for me....this image is Holly Fairy from the Christmas flower friends cd...

Birthday handbags and shoes...

 my Hermes man asked me to make him a card for his wife's birthday ..well it only seems right after all he delivers all my crafty stuff bless.....

he asked for pink and no sentiment...so I used my carnation crafts dies....he seemed very pleased with it....

A bit of fun with my ginger bread men from cottage cutz dies....the frame is a hunkydory die bought a good few years back...and used at last!...you know the feeling....

I hope Easter has been good for you and maybe you were able to see your family in the garden again....we visited my niece Elizabeth and family to take the girls their Easter eggs...a bit cold in the garden but lovely to visit after so long.
