I make a few very traditional cards each year using red green and gold for friends who I know love this combination.....
I have used Bo Bunny backing papers...LOTV image spellbinders poinsettia die...Sue wilson ivy and holly dies...Nuvo drops and gilding wax...and a tonic sentiment
I hope you are having a great weekend, its cold and snowy here so I am staying in and keeping warm...thanks for popping by my blog today.

Oh Margaret! This is such a beautiful card. I love the design with all the holly and poinsettias. It is very cold here in the States also. We had an ice storm last night so it was a very short tentative walk with the dog this morning. HUGS.
I love all those poinsettias and holly. Look gorgeous. Christine x

This is rich! Love the deep hues and the beautiful die cuts which works so well with that paper and the image. I hope you are feeling better and on your road to recovery. It has been snowing since Friday here. Today we had some rain but it turned to freezing rain and now snow again. Yesterday would have been my mom’s 90th birthday! We went out with my brother and we brought some edible arrangement to her home for all the appreciation they did for her.
I'd be one of those loving the traditional colors! I really like the pattern combination of the stripes and holly, and of course those wonderful layers of poinsettias & greenery. It's a darling focal image, and looks splendid with all the lovely layers. TFS
Ooooer, absolutely gorgeous Margaret, I love the LOTV image and the backing papers are just perfect, your poinsettias are wonderful, love it all, Kate x
