Heaven knows what it will be like this year one thing is for certain I will not be able to spend it with my family....

using stash....

I am determined to use some of my paper stash this year...no more stroking....

this is from a craftwork cards pad...vintage ephemera....I have decoupaged up the large scent bottle and used  lots of pretty pink glitter glue to make the bottle sparkle.....
stay safe and stay home....crafting will get us through these terrible times.....

I still have a few more cards to make as this is now the only way to get in touch with some of my older relatives...they don't do computers and are mainly very deaf so phoning them is such a struggle for them....

hello to you all out there...I hope you are surviving these trying times...we have been driven to the shops only to find there is just nothing on the shelves...where is everyone storing all this panic buying stuff...and when the heck will I get toilet rolls......
so I am keeping myself busy in my craft room.....

making a cheerful coloured card had the desired effect....Crafters companion stamps and dies....with a tonic sentiment...

so out with some of my really old dies...Tim Holtz wood bark....wreath and bow.....the sentiment is a Tonic one....a few brads....do you remember when they were all the rage I have hundreds of packets....

this weeks christmas card

using up some old stash....yes very old Kanban patchwork pals from there first incarnation.....

Initially I made this card for our christmas card club challenge ...postbox...but then decided on the Molly Bloom stamp and a CAS card instead ....

I fell in love when I saw this die as I thought it was perfect for many of my friends....

I can see that I will be able to use it in lots of colours and even do paper piecing .....
Sue Wilsons another candle....and I managed not to get flare from the gold mirri I used to matt and layer.....
Its a glorious sunny day here today and I am just off to take my big brother and his wife out to lunch,he has had a knee operation and cant drive soI think he is getting stirr crazy in the house.....
