my first z card.....

I have seen lots of these shapes on social media...so I have had a go....and using up stash from last year....

a 6x6 card ....made using craftwork cards Christmas cheer papers...and topper ...glossy accents on the poinsettia and nuvo drops for the berries....
Not as hard to make as I imagined...

I Just decided to go into my craft room ...its raining and pull out some stash and make a card....

all the products are from craftstyle....cut it yourself decoupage...great fun whilst I was watching tv....a bit of matting and layering....glossy accents on the nose,eyes and baubles....a bit of glitter and some ribbon....a few gems and away we go......

Christmas card club challenge 15.....Jingle bells...

my choice of  theme for this weeks challenge....

I bought these accordion dies a few years ago....and used them once,and having used them for this card I remembered why....patience is needed getting the overlays out of the dies...and cutting 8 of them...fiddly glueing ...but I think it was worth it....another challenge getting the photo having used mirri...

a card using up bits on my desk.......

I thought I would have a clear up....fatal....and I just could not throw away these flowers left over from another project so I made a quick card....

A bit of Phil Martin paper...a die cut my niece gave me and some heartfelt creations flowers...flowering dogwood that were left over from another project....a few prills for the centre of the flowers and a sentiment ...a bit of distress ink and that was it done ...oh and my desk is nearly tidy.....

A Sunday Christmas card

I have been watching the tennis for the past 4 weeks so not a great amount of time for crafting...no cleaning done and the lovely Rich has been doing the cooking....how spoilt am I....all finishing today with the men's final......then back to normality.....

I have been playing with my Heartfelt creations Celebrate the season collection from last year....lots of glitter...the new stuff from Anna Marie...crushed ice...on top of viva 3d schnee...gives lots of dimension....another card for my stash....

playing with my buildables....

I have had these dies for a bit now and thought I would makes some childrens cards for up and coming birthdays...I will add the numbers on to the balloons when I decide who is the recipient of the card.

This was great fun to make....Tonic dies....and a bit of distress in....and glossy accents....
During the hot weather I saw an appeal to put out water in a shallow dish for hedgehogs...and although I hadnt seen on in my garden for a couple of years I though yes ...do that..... and lo and behold that very night at about 10pm who was trudging up by the hedge for a drink...yep my very own hedgie.....

yes I have really started to get going on my christmas cards ...having been naughty and ordering the craftwork cards Christmas past collection.....
