christmas card club challenge 2...christmas baking

its Maureen's turn to choose the theme for this weeks challenge

I have used the Katy Sue designs greyscale christmas collection for this card...cut out using spellbinders elegant labels 4 and inked with firebrick red distress ink....matted and layer and the sentiment is the Lawn Fawn merry christmas die....lots of frosted lace stickles and glossy accents on the berries ....
Do pop round and see what the other girls in the club have made the links to their blogs are on my side bar.....
I hope you are having a great weekend and thank you for popping by my blog today.

I love looking at this card. It is so rich in the colours you chose which is basically reds with some pink. What did you use to colour some of the images? It so pretty and I love looking at this creation. I have been exhausted this past week and this morning, I feel sad. Maybe this is the way grief works but, no matter, I wish to thank you for your caring words at this time.

Yum-mee!Love the gray and the dark jewel red tones of this pretty card. And a perfect die to cut out this delicious image! Like the way you've done the sentiment on the side with the shadowed white. I've not seen this type of gray scale image - but it's quite elegant, and again, a perfect motif for this challenge. TFS & Hugs
