it is Lorraine's choice of theme this week.....and I knew straight away what I wanted to make.....

this lovely candy cane cottage from Heartfelt creations...I just love the icicles falling down from the eves and the tops of the window....lots of glitter ....

home from our holidays.....

and what a glorious time we have had...on the whole the weather has been glorious and warm only 1 day of rain in the whole time...and now back to the washing....oh and a bit of crafting......

a bit of fun christmas card making using the craft consortium Snome time collection....3D decoupage...and lots and lots of glitter.....
The snowflake frame is one of last years paper boutique frames and the sentiment is a tonic die....
going tobe a bit slow getting back into the swing of things at home but I have missed my crafting...

Mr Robin.......

I just love the Robins that visit my garden they are so cheeky...they come and sit on the back step and just about tap on the window when their food bowl is empty...we have had 2 successful broods this year and its been such a joy watching them all ....so my christmas card was inspired by them....

the card is made using the tattered lace large Robin.....all decoupaged up for some added dimension...
as this card goes live we will be coming towards the end of our holidays and heading home over the weekend...depending on the weather....

I am still away on my holidays in Wales and there is no internet at the cottage so all my post for this week will be scheduled.....unless I go to the OK Diner and indulge in all day breakfast....what a good excuse!

I just loved this Sunflower stamp and die set from Julie Hickey and thought it went well with the paper boutique Bee Happy frame set....the papers are heartfelt creations.

as I leave for my holidays Maureen still hasn't chosen a theme for this weeks challenge so I am going to post an anything goes card.....

I have been playing with my Tim Holtz  Jolly St Nick again....its such a fun die....I have added the sack....(witches cauldron)and lots of parcels....I thought the red and kraft went well together...

I just love them cut out of white and them mounted on an embossed wood looking background...a bit of kraft card enhanced with some gilding wax....the sentiment is from a tonic die and a few prills in the centre of one flower for a pop of gold....

I have been playing with my Tim Holtz crazy dogs stamps again......

the background is made using Tim Holtz snowy stars cut into the white card...the ballons and parcels are from the crazy things stamp and dies set and I have coloured with spectrum noir sparkle pens...they are such vibrant colours.....the sentiment is from a Tonic die...

I am having a great deal of fun making my cards this year ....

I didn't buy this stag die...instead I decided to buy 6 of the die cuts from e bay as it certainly works out cheaper....the rest of the embellishments are from the tattered lace  over the mantle collection which is proving to be very versatile....although I did spend a whole day cutting out and 3D'ing them all up...
