using some inspiration from the design team I made a couple of cards just for stash....

I thought they were fun....

a flowery card.....

I bought myself Chloe's latest card making magazine at the super market as it was really cheap....so I made one of the cards illustrated with the free stamps...it took ages to cut them out by hand I didn't realise that the dies were not part of the contents....

nice and bright colours ...a cheery card.

christmas card club challenge 11

it is my turn to chose the theme this week and I chose Christmas lights...in any form you like...tree lights,lamp posts,lights shining through a window,candle or a lantern...you interpret it as you wish....


I chose tree lights and inspired by some pinterest cards this is my make...

the lights are bright red mirri and as usual I have had such trouble taking a photo with the flare...
I used a set of very old Lawn fawn dies....the sentiments are Tim Holtz dies....

a cupcake card

my niece Elizabeth bought me the heartfelt creations sweet treats for mothers day bless her....and I have been busy playing....

lots of glitter added and a few flowers and a sweet little shaped card is made for my stash....
its a fabulous collection and you will be seeing lots more makes .....

having fun

I am having great fun making flowers..

these are from the tattered lace pressed rose collection on a very old spellbinders die that I have made into a card base...I thought the creamy white card really showed off the pretty blue....
I have been trying to cut out and make up a couple of flowers each day and put them in an A4 storage box for when I need them...otherwise I am always waiting for things to dry before I can finish a card...

this weeks christmas card

using a die I bought that came along with the tonic magazine...when they were on Hochanda and still affordable.....

I had a lovely time with silver mirri and glitter...the down side is that it is all over the house and no matter how many times I hoover it glistens in the sunlight....

a birthday card

I am still working my way through some of my dies that haven't seen the light of day in some years as I am deciding what to keep and what to send to the charity shop.....these are keepers...

the flowers are heartfelt creations flowering dogwood and the background dies are Marianne designs...the sentiment is an ancient creative expressions one.....
I had fun using these dies again....and love the effect of stamping on vellum to make flowers....
