Another Valentine card

I really couldn't make up my mind about the card I made for Rich so I thought I would have another go....

the paper is printed from Bebunni love collection and the hearts cut out on my scan and cut....the two embossing folders are Sue Wilsons and the die cut a tonic die....the little cherub is Prima resin one that I found on ebay......
I think I will decide the day before which I prefer!.....

A couple of christmas cards

I have decided that through out the year I am going to TRY to post Christmas cards each Sunday....and another card each Wednesday...well that's the aim lets see how I do!

well I wasnt too pleased with this one as the embossing was a bit fuzzy.....so I tried one in white and blue to see if it looked better,and yes I prefer the the second style........................................................

The image is Shenna Douglas a little bit festive....Seasons Greetings....the gold poinsettias are Sue Wilson dies and the white poinsettias are Tattered lace dies....

my lovely Richard is mad about music and I thought this simple card would hit the spot....

2015 Christmas card club challenge #2 Christines's choice The Reason for the Season

Getting my inspirations back at last and I really enjoyed playing and making this card.....

I made a stepper card out of Kraft card and cut the crafters companion create a card die out of the front.....backed it with black card embossed with crafters companion star of wonder embossing folder with a bit of gold gilding wax rubbed over the stars........the three wise men dies are also crafters companion dies sadly no longer available but I picked them up cheap on e bay....the sentiment is a tonic die....

batch making birthday cards.....

Just making a few cards for stock...and playing with some stamping up stamps and punches....

these flowers are made using a combination of flower stamps from the following stamping up  sets...big flower....Mixed bunch....medium flower...flower shop...and small flower...stippled blossom and cut out using the matching stamping up punch....the sentiment is a Dawn Bibby stamp from her flower patch set of stamps...the embossing folder is Sue Wilson cascading hearts...ribbon and card to match from my stash....I made two of each colour ...yeh a bit of stock.....

finding it difficult to get going this year so I thought I would make a card from a lovely card sent to me for Christmas....

I thought this laser cut topper was lovely so I matted it onto a circle of glitter card cut out of the original card....and used the rest as my matt.....the  white card is embossed with Sue Wilsons snowflake lattice folder   and in the centres of snowflakes added a dot of  cosmic shimmer twinkles graceful mint...and a bow......a 7x7 card from my stash....another christmas card done!....

yes one of those difficult cards!

I didnt over think this card and just got on with it!......tattered lace car die....Spellbinders Lovin Diamonds die and spellbinders banner.....,craft card and dottycard from a LOTV pad....

2015 christmas card club challenge #1 Carol's choice clean and simple in red,green and white

the first challenge of the new year.......and for me a real challenge as I really find it difficult to step back from the card....I am a bit of an over decorator....I admit it!

I have no idea what this technique is called but I cut the cheerylyndesigns mega holly out of white card and green card and inserted the green into the hole in the white so it's flush and flat....matted it onto red card and onto a white card base......a ribbon and a few holly berries...I just cant help myself can I......and an embossed greeting using a Hobby Art stamp......so I hope this will be okay for the challenge...it was fun trying something new!
