Sheena Douglas stamps

I know I said I wasn't going to buy new stamps but I just loved the new Sheena Douglas victorian  ones.....they are however quiet large and do need to be the focal point of at least an 8x8 card.....
I took my inspiration from a sample I saw on create and craft......

I coloured the poppies with aqua tints after watching Sheen doing her demo on the TV.....the sentiment is a tonic die.....
Hope you are having fun crafting today......

Sometimes all resolve goes out of the window when 'they' tempt us with these fabulous stamps and dies on TV, they were a great but though, making beautiful looking flower embellishments. Love this card and the embossing too.

I can see why you bought this stamp. This is a beautiful card. I love the background also with the shading. The red of the poppies just pop and I see you did fussy cutting too-beautiful!

I hear you on buying stuff! This however, could not be missed, so forget the guilties! This card is a stunner. Love that luscious red and it's so impressive to have the flowers on the banner & then that splendid red & white brick embossing. Not yet succumbed to the SN aquas, but yearning for some of the Kuretake Zig w/color markers that I just saw demo-d. TFS & Hugs
