I was feeling messy so embossed the red card and used gilding wax to highlight it....the next red layer I have done with micro beads ...for just a bit of bling and the die is cut out of craft and red cardand then slightly off set and gilding wax applied....

This is a very striking card Margaret, I love the red and gold, very luxurious. The die is a beautiful one and I can see that being used frequently.
You were right too, I have kept the wooden birdhouse you commented on, it is one of those projects that I don't want to part with.

Sorry to be late in visiting. This is just so beautiful. (Saw Christine's & how amazing that each of you got such gorgeous results with different looks of the same wonderful die!) Love the rich look of the gold gilding and embossing. This makes me think of ancient royalty! So very breathtaking. Don't have this SW die yet, but really want it so much!!! TFS & Hugs.
