Christmas card club challenge 5 Christmas carols

this weeks challenge is chosen by our lovely Rita.....

well this card was certainly a labour of love...I paper pieced the red into the poinsettia and wished I had never started it when of course I was missing several little bits at the end...still it was worth it....the lovely LOTV image of carol singers..I wonder what carol is their favorite....

please pop round the other girls blogs and have a look at their lovely creations...the links are on my side bar.

Thank you for popping by today and your comments are always appreciated ...

A beautiful card Margaret, a lovely image and your paper pieced Poinsettias are fabulous - well worth the effort.
A lovely day here, I've even done a bit of gardening this morning!

Absolutely beautiful Margaret. I wouldn't have that much patience! The die you have used to make your card and background is lovely. Enjoy your day. Hugs Christine xx

Stunning frame Margaret, it was worth the effort paper piecing the blooms, and I love the LOTV image, I think I have this one somewhere, it's a gorgeous card.
I've been scrolling down to see the cards I've missed and each one is beautifully designed.
I'm finding it difficult to be commenting every day, hence the added comment here, Kate x

It's a gorgeous card Margaret and well worth all that paper piecing. I've often had what I thought was going to be a simple design turn into a long protracted process on a card, but once you've started there's no turning back :o) this looks fabulous though. It seems we've all been drawn to our LOTV stash this week too.

I have always loved LOTV images - are they still making stamps? Your card is wonderful - I am partial to red and white especially at Christmas. So glad you took the time to do this Margaret - it is definitely worth all the effort you put in. Beautiful!!

I love it! The paper piecing is a labour of love especially when you couldn’t find them all. I had to redo ones just to get the extra bits. The carollers are sweet and well coloured and love the gold centres of the poinsettias
